After a decade of hot dry summers and developing El Nino, this year is shaping up to be one of the worst bushfire seasons. Families need to ensure their safety and get ready before a bushfire strikes.

RFS Commissioner Shane Fitzsimmons said “Most of NSW are likely to experience above normal fire conditions as we head into this season”. He added families need to know “What are you going to do? Where are you going to go? How are you going to get there?”
