The industrial action by the ETU over the past year has cost the state of NSW many hundreds of millions of dollars in lost productivity and prevented many new homes owners from taking possession of their largest investment- their home. In the fast-growing Hills Shire, this has impacted approximately 1,500 residents, new businesses, schools and
